Just finished streaming some Pokémon Star Sapphire. For the most part, it was fairly stable. All of the lag spikes I had are due to the ridiculous network congestion in my college dorm room.
You can see some preview 2 footage on my twitch channel here. The VOD from today is using preview 2, any...
The ships and bullets look to be a pretty good color. I was going to try for a plain black background. A dark blue would probably look fine, also.
If you were to keep the current background, the ship and bullet colors should be darkened preferrably to a gray.

As for the surfing Pikachu, it is unnecessary to play the minigame now. Nintendo patched the rom to allow you to play the minigame without the special Pikachu, since you cannot connect the 3DS to a copy of Stadium.
What can I do to help? I'm currently taking Japanese courses at university, but I've only been studying here for a year. My Japanese knowledge is very basic. I would like to assist in any way, whether it be double checking translations or playtesting.
It would be far easier to just grab the pictochat rom and put that on your r4. You don't need firmware.nds or the Kanji dictionary.
On a side note, does anyone know if the pictochat.nds will run on a cfw after converting to cia and installing the modified twl_firm? Haven't had the chance to try it.
Any CIA can be set as a favorite title and will be displayed on any 3DS, whether it is modded or not. Mine currently shows Pokémon Emerald, I set my friend up with Undertale as his.
I was able to dump all of my US n3ds games with FunkyCIA and install them to my JP n3ds emunand. They run fine. Not sure if that is what you're talking about.
It's normal. Exiting system settings reboots the system, which will push it back into sysnand. If you're using menuhax to boot into emunand, you can just hold down your hotkey and it will push you back into emunand.
i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
I have a few of those boat anchors in my basement I tried giving away but no one wanted them, So anyone close to Columbus, Ohio area that wants them, (26", 2x 19") please come get, for free.
Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
