    Yeah I'd like to minimise risks. How do you know if a standard usb will work fine (with enough power)? Just try it and if it works, it works? Otherwise I'll need to buy a hard drive + y cable at some point :P

    FIXED! I messed around with the settings for a while, changing the video mode to Pal50 caused glitches with the image, Pal60 screwed up the aspect ratio but Region Patch made it work like normal.
