See:
I already replaced the battery, the original battery died. (now I remember it, i'm 100% sure that it was water damage. the battery died, then I bought a new one, and now I can only charge the new one with an external charger)
No. It's like the 3DS thinks that it's charging the battery, but it isn't. If I take the battery out then plug the charger in, the orange light turns on for a few seconds then turns off again (like it should)
EDIT: This is probably a result of water damage, but i'm not sure, since the last time...
Eh. Sorry, I confused piracy with softmod somehow. I guess that I shouldn't be replying to threads while i'm up this late :P
But yeah, i'm getting off topic. There's no way to force a bricked 3DS into a menu that recovers your NAND, at least one that I know of. OP should try something like...
which devices? you don't need "piracy devices" to screw your 3ds up, just a 3ds at 9.2 or less and a sd card.
edit: and yes, this goes under "custom firmwares"

Edit: I just found out why it didn't work: MACycle doesn't restart my network (Conexión de red inalámbrica 3) so I have to disable "atheros network adapter" then enable it again
I tried to change the wired, normal wireless and virtual macs and the one used by virtual router is the only one not changing
Edit: The one used by virtual router changes, but it uses 2E instead of 4E at the start.
I feel like school, back when I was actually in school, was more entertaining though, because of how much I get to interact with people, hang out with friends, and other stuff like that. All I get to talk to at work is my boring coworkers lol
