The one I got is probably on 3.0 or 3.1 at least when it shipped from the factory. Even if it is I'd still like to contribute some stuff to the Switch Scene now that reswitched released their tools. Mario Oddysey and Xenoblade Chronicles both come out this fall too ;)- wiired24
