    Well if you have Nand backup you can still downgrade ,and even if you don't you can still buy a sky3ds.

    you either get a gateway or a Sky3ds but i personally recommand the gateway because of it various features(emunand,multirom...) and about the reseller i think that modchipfactory is a newyork based resseler but i am not sure , wait for another replie
