The truth is though, I'm still not sure whether the hdd or the USB controller is to blame. %99 of titles will run faster in FST format, IF your USB is quick enough to handle it. You don't need to disable cheats and padhook, it's just that the way the hack works, these will not function.. and because cheats aren't hooked, __fwrite is enabled which will cause a black screen if anything is inserted in B.
