I got a message when starting USBLGX yesterday that "This modded version is old, use an officiel rev." or something similar. Was this expected? And if so, when can we expect an official rev? Fully understand if that can't be answered yet but I was getting used with neek2o support :) .
Just wanted to give som feedback.
Tried to boot alot of different channels with neek2o without a single problem. Everything works as expected.
Tried to boot wii games and got proper warning and boots in to EmuNAND's System Menu as expected.
Had some trouble with som channels that got black...
I used Modmii to create emulated nands for each region (pal, ntsc and jap). I can start neek2o (r96) and it runs without a problem but when I try to switch to any other emulated nand in the settings my wii freezes and I need to do a hard reset. When I start neek2o again the new selected nand...
I replaced both libcustomfat.a and fatfile_frag.h with the ones GreyWolf posted and compiled it (Sorry , did it before I saw that only libcustomfat.a was needed.).
No difference at all and the behaviour stays the same as with r1243 and r1244.
I then changed back to r1241 and it still boots...
I tried r1239 and r1241 which is equally fast. The "slower" boot started with r1243 and continued in r1244. If you can give me the libfat version used before 1243 I can compile my own version and try to see if it goes back to the way it was before.

I don't know how much second you think "faster" is. maybe there's something else. without knowing your full setup and settings it's hard to tell if it's the loader's way of booting or if priiloader is really doing something independently from the loader.

I will try to describe...
Thanks, I just tried r1241 and r1244 5 times each. r1241 boots in to USBGX every time. r1244 boots to System Menu 2 out of 5 times. r1241 also boots alot faster and displays the games after USBGX is loaded faster. r1244 seems to take a couple of seconds before the games are shown.
Let me know...
I'm on a regular Wii with usb-powered HD. I have USB Loader GX to start from Priiloader and had no problem with this setup in r1239. I tried r1243 and from that version i often boot right in to system menu after full shutdown (not every time). I then tried r1244 and same thing happens here only...
Are you working on 3rd party CCPro at all? Understand it's not a high priority but if it's not to much work I would be greatful if it could be implemented. My CCPro work in all games but in USB Loader GX I need to disconnect it or else the Wiimote doesn't work.
This solved it for me from Nintendont's info page:
For better compatibility with other loaders, you can put Game's Title and GameID in that part, like this :
SD or USB:/games/Zelda Wind Waker [GZLP01]/game.iso
SD or USB:/games/Tales of Symphonia [GQSEAF]/game.iso
SD or USB:/games/Tales of...
Is it possible to get a recommendation for a HDD that will work? Maybe a drive that FIX94 has access to? I don't mind buying a new drive if there are better chances for it to work?
Seems like the new version generated more problem then just the one game for me. All games are freezing after a couple of minutes. Maybe my HDD doesn't work with the new version? Sticking with r296 as that works with all games I have at the moment.
Thanks for the help.
Sorry about that. I was rounding up and the ISO is 1.35 GB. Using a Seegate Freeagent 500Gb disc. And haven't touched the settings for Memcard except for Emulation to on. Memcard Blocks 251. Memcard Multi Off. Native Control Off.
Sorry, I use the PAL version and not NTSC. The MD5 matches and I guess it's 1:1 as it's 1.4Gb in size. I only have the nmm and Widescreen on as default. Tried with Widescreen off with no change.
After upgrading Nintendont to r300 from r296 Super Mario Sunshine freezes about a minute in to the game. Tested r299 and have the same freeze problem. I have deleted nincfg.bin between all up/downgrades but the problem seems to remain. When I go back to r296 it works again. Am I doing something...
The commercial, a transexual person walks into the club, techno music is playing loudly. The trans person pulls out a Nintendo switch, turns around revealing that their clothes are mens on one side and women's clothes on the other. "Don't fear the Switch"
