Hacking Transfer & Rockband and restoring wii

Got a couple of questions about the transfer How do rockband songs transfer to the wii u? How do rockband songs that were "manually unlocked" transfer to wii u? After transfer, do they become unavailable on the old wii? If so, what if I backup the sd card and also backup and restore the wii...

    Wii #2572 - Conduit 2 (USA)

Played both story and multi-player for a bit, not very impressed, deleted the game right away. The aiming & turning is horrible and the style feels very 10 years ago. World at war will remain my favorite Wii fps

Hardware rockband 2 drums don't sync up

Not a thing, followed all the wires, all seems fine Could this be explained by a broken drum dongle? It just seems it has to be the drums, as it happened after I took the pads off for the silencers. At that point I didn't open the whole thing yet, so that's why I was wondering if a broken pad...

that doesn't work, I tried that of course. here's the full order: 1) Wii on -> Base dongle blinks, Drum dongle blinks 2) Rock band start 3) Drums on -> Base dongle blinks, Drums dongle solid(!), drums keep blinking, pads and buttons don't react at press plus screen ------------ Sync 1 : press...

Hardware rockband 2 drums don't sync up

I am running the game through the unmodified game channel, so it won't have anything to do with cIOS I've tried new batteries too, same result. I will see if opening up the brain part and poking around a bit will do any good. Thanks for the replies!

Hardware rockband 2 drums don't sync up

Anyone ever had this? So I put the silencer pads on it: opened them up carefully, removed plastic rims, trimmed pads, pasted them on, reassembled. Then I fired it up and the sync lights keep blinking on the drum set?! I don't think any of the pads got detached, but if so, can that cause...

    Gaming Best of shovelware

Obviously I am not asking "What games do you like that you don't like?" The idea of this topic was that some games * may have been made by lesser known companies and/or companies with bad a rep * might have gotten some really bad reviews, shallow reviews or no reviews at all * BUT are...

    Gaming Best of shovelware

Wii's Anno is actually a decent game, it's a little dumbded down, but no shovelware. Mercury Meltdown and all other marble games really can't get my attention, but if you're into the genre, it's probably your thing

Puzzle quest is indeed interesting enough as well, rubiks I didn't like at all, ended up throwing that away

hard to define, it seems the cursor is moving a little less smooth and there are slightly longer loading times

worked out well, thanks all. 4.2 seems less snappy than 3.3, but the sd menu is worth it

Haha, allright Kiiwii, I've made a successful back up yesterday and I have some time tonight, so I'll do the full 4.2 guide and report back if I'm a believer.
