    Any kind of modding and/or changes to the original system could lead to a ban. We don't have enough information yet but personally I don't think that if you get banned and you are the family subscription admin will lead the other family plan members to a ban.

    Not worth buying a 3.0.2 switch right now. 5.0.x firmwares are exploitable and most of the homebrew are compatible with it and/or will be fixed/updated to be compatible with newer firmwares. Also CFW is on its way.
