ROM Hack Ice Age: Continental Drift Arctic Games 3DS music replacement
So, I want to replace the music in this game for the 3DS. I found the main music file, which is a FSB, and I have an extractor program, but how do I pack the FSB again after I'm done replacing the music? I'm new to the 3DS game modding scene, and I can't find a FSB packer.- RyanTheInkling
