    Hacking Won't let me download DLC?

    I recently installed a special edition US undub cia of Fire Emblem Fates, which is working fine. I wanted to get the dlc undubbed as well, and have found and tried downloading 2 files, but whenever I go to the dlc place in game, it just says 'no downloadable content found.' It won't even let me...
