    ROM Hack GTA: Chinatown Wars AR Problem

    Hello, I have a patched ROM for my DSTT. I also have Narins usrcheat.dat file installed. Whenever I activate a cheat it doesn't do anything? Can somebody please explain what I am doing wrong or supply a working ROM and usrcheat.dat please?
