Thanks I've got it they just sent me an email but the very worrying part of the email is they are asking me for paypal payment which I have already paid! I've sent them the invoice etc...

Sorry for the delay! When you sent it through Paypal, did you put the amount and order number in the comments box? If so, I'd check your Paypal payments and send them a screenshot to their email address.

They want £180? That would suggest they've received multiple orders from you? What justification do they have to ask for that? What does it say? My order was roughly £60, it sounds like your order has gone through 3 times, either they've fucked it up at their end or Paypal has or something like that.

I now see what you mean, I've put my two cents into the raised ticket. I now wonder whether you'll need to wait until the next shipment. I think they've done it to stem orders at the moment, because there is too much demand.

Yeah I meant the price rise on the site sorry it’s my bad English. I realised I sent the email from a different email address than my R4 account they probably didn’t realise it was connected with my account. I certainly don’t want a refund or a problem now I won’t be paying £180. On your account on R4Card what does it say on your order does it just say processing and a link with your invoice with invoiced 1 on it?

Mine just says processing (which is fair enough as they're working through them). But it shows as 62.97 being paid. I haven't received anything from them though. But if you've received the invoice for £60 or however much it was, I can't see them charging you £180 unless they sent you another invoice.
I haven't received an email to say it's been refunded or denied so I'm taking that as a good sign.

I haven't had any change so far. I found out the other day that I'd gone and ordered a license as well as the Pro Kit, so I had to sell the license on as I won't need it once the pro kit turns up, I didn't know it came pre-licensed. I'm hoping my order gets updated this week. Just goes to show though, patience does pay off! - So many impatient people about.

Yes sometimes I have been looking at the facebook page for updates and some of the comments they get about the process of order is unbelievable they can go really over the top.

I agree, it just boils down to impatience and probably young people wanting theirs NOW, WHY isn't it here?! WHY didn't you message me... and so on and so forth. It's been an utter headache tbh. People like them ruin the community.

Just wanted to let you know the pro arrived this morning also the royal mail site never updated the tracker number so if it doesn't for you don't worry it could come any day! also it wont work outside the box you need to plug it in power your switch up normally and let the dongle charge up for a while and then it works

Alright mate, I'm supposed to be getting mine today too, I tracked it this morning and it was at a post office only a few miles from me. But I'm in work at the moment and I'm hoping it didn't require a signature and I've missed it.
