please dont fix issues with that branch if you notice any cuz some stuff that may look like an issue wont be since alot of the em9 source will be deleted or changed in the branch

Why make a second program? IMO the best option would be to slide 'Install CIA' under CIA IMAGE OPTIONS and have that link to some arm11 code that runs while it's displaying a progress bar.
