It isnt a fail. There's no way to determine a legit genned pokemon from a pokemon caught in game. And there's nothing wrong with one either, the system checkers exist for ILLEGAL pokemon, ones with characteristics that cant be done legally. And they work, so actually gamefreak succeeded.

Remember when i said "those who think". They think that GF failed on that aspect. I never said it was a fact though. Since I know how the coding works, I can say that nothing could have been done to prevent pokégen from working.
