You never specified a backup loader in the first place, but you're right nevertheless.

I guess i didn't but how else were you gonna copy games from disc to storage ro play? Game copier + some backup loader (including cfw)

Xbox 360 and Xbox One give you the option to copy from disc to storage, but you still have to keep the disc in the console to play the game from storage. I think that's why I got a little muddled up with your comment
