It's not. I paid AU$9 for Disney+ (I thought it would be nice and offer a limited-time free trial, but NOPE. Arses), and when I searched for "Miraculous" all that came up was Miraculous World.
Checked DisneyNOW, and only two episodes of Season 3 were available.

Miraculous is on Disney+ iirc, not sure if Netflix still has it, they lost the rights to the new seasons.
