I guess it all started when I was a teenager, and got Windows 3.11 For Workgroups on floppy for free, since I copied the floppies myself from my dad's disks. I also copied the Win 95 and 98SE discs at school. Never gave a second thought that it was piracy. Given the fact that the computer won't work without an operating system, this just seemed like a no-brainer.
I then copied Windows XP Corporate Edition from my boss's master copy from my first job. That's when I realized people paid out the ass for a Windows license, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. All they had to do was enter the 5x5 key that you could find written on the CD-R in Sharpie.
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
