Hacking Can I Connect To LiNK Without Getting Banned?

Hi everybody,
First of all excuse my english and my lack in knowledge of xbox 360.
So recently i searched if it is possible for me to play online with my Jtagged xbox 360, and i found about LiNK, F3 and freestyle dash. I searched too about if i can get banned for using these,and honestly i was confused because some said "link doesn't get you banned" and others "microsoft bans jtag consoles when they connect to internet immediatly". When i read it i was very confused, and i wanna ask you some questions (sorry if some don't have a relation with the others):
1) If i use Freestyle Dash and LiNK, will i get banned ? (i don't care about using xbox live, just playing online)
2)Can i unban my jtagged xbox for free ?
3) When i play online with LiNK, will i play online only with LiNK users or with ppl that don't use LiNK ?

1) DashLaunch makes sure, every connection to M$ is blocked, so the answer is no ... M$ won't see your console.
2) No, you need to get a Keyvault which is not banned and these usualy cost a bit of money.
3) Yes, you play only with people on LiNK

LiNK is nothing more than a LAN connection tunneled over the internet, you might have noticed that only games that have system link support can be played over LiNK ... XBOX Live only games however cannot be played this way.

I'm a bit sad about playing with poeple that only have link (i am beginning diablo III) but i am sure there is communities with link players!
