Hi can anybody help me with actually editing the textures? I exported the textures but it just seems like a whole bunch of random stuf
You need any photo editor to edit the textures like GIMP or Photoshop. So yeah. If you don't know how to use these photo editors, there are tutorials on Youtube and Google. If you want to go extreme, use Microsoft Paint.

Extract the .bch file's PNG using the new Ohana 3DS tool (in one of my earlier posts). You will have a PNG. Recolor the PNG as you like in an image editor like GIMP 2 or Paint.net.

Wat lol i wish it was as easy as u say
Vertices is easy though. But the problem is the animation. Sometimes, the vertices don't move along with the character. I can easily do that on 3DSMax. But it will create issues to the models. I'm no pro at Blender either.

One day, your dreams will come true if someone who is a pro at Smash 3DS Model Import will do it.

Forgot to tell you all! I got my skull kid model to work, now I just have to fix some UV problems

Edit: I'll post a copy later for proof

Fixed my Zero Mii costume mod so you guys know. Looks great in game, just wanna make some fixes to it before I release it. I also started on a mod for Zero Suit just a few days ago, and it too is almost complete! It too needs some touch ups. Wish I could have done a "hair down" vertex hack (you know, like the old "long hair" vertex hack back for Brawl?) on it though to make it look more authentic.

Was expecting Majora's Mask on Toon Link. But meh. Speaking of Meta Knight, why not try creating Dark Meta Knight? The mask is basically UV Mapping editing.

Also, can't wait for your Model Import guide pretty soon. Why am I such a noob at Blender? Idk how did 12 year olds make good Minecraft animation with a program like this?

Oh BTW, if you're planning on creating Pikachu Libre, I got the textures already made. Just a simple UV Mapping editing and you're all set.
