thanks for pointing that out my bad here is a fix

Appreciate the upload. I had an idea for a Diddy edit that I got from your work. Less politcally related, but it doesn't seem to work correctly. Yours works correctly, so I figured it is either something Ohana-3DS (Built it from the Git source) messed up for me, or something that I messed up with the textures. It's not Salty-SD because your mod works perfectly, and I'm not using the cache gen because it doesn't seem to be necessary anymore. My edited character portrait does show up in the menu, it just seems the game can't load my character textures from saltySD.

EDIT: So after looking at the textures again - your low res version is 128x256 instead of 256x256 but still works. I'm going to try mine from the source files of the game in 256x256.

And it still doesn't work. So I'm back at Square 1 - either Ohana-3DS or my textures. I'm thinking it's more something I did with my textures, because Ohana-3DS doesn't seem to have any problems reading or writing to the bch files otherwise. Maybe I should try to re-inject the base textures over your mod to make sure.

Make sure you're using Ohana 3DS 1, not Rebirth when you import textures

Using the regular edition of Ohana 3DS seems to fix the issue. It's weird that you have to ignore a bunch of errors for something to work properly, but I digress - now I want to work on making it readable. Then I'll release the files for anybody else who wants to dick around.

After testing using the correct method (with the original Ohana-3DS), the low quality version still seems to show up 256x128. Odd.

The regular version of Ohana-3DS seemed to crash more than anything for me when working with SSB, while Ohana-3DS Rebirth seems to work well. But I will try it, thanks for the tip.
You need to open a certain file to work with the regular Ohana 3DS. Trash the files that you're using now. Here's a trophy file. Open it first, then open your .mbn file, then open your .bch file. Then you'll see every available texture. Ignore the errors.

Ohana 3DS Rebirth corrupts the .bch texture file, making it a lot larger than it should be (Check the file size of yours and compare to the other textures), I had this problem too.
