Only if it had English to begin with (any Mario game, for example). Otherwise you're going to have to learn moonspeak like the rest of us.

It probably will, since IIRC the 3DS Pokemon games are all multi-languaged.

Moonspeak is a popular way of referring to Japanese because of how incomprehensible it is for beginners. You know, as if it was an actual alien language?
