A friend of mine composed a song and recorded it with a really low quality system. There are too many noises and the sound quality is shitty. Can someone help me? I'll send you the mp3 in PM.

Sound is incredibly difficult to edit. If it's recorded in poor quality, there's not much you can do with it.
