Hi, so I just homebrewed my wii yesterday using the wii.hacks.guide tutorial. My goal was to be able to play my gamecube backups from a usb so my brother can have my gamecube. However, I have hit a wall. usbloadergx boots to a blank ui and is then stuck unless i hard power off. wiiflow also boots to loading animation and needs to be hard powered off.

my homebrew and game backups are all on a 32gb sandisk flash drive. it is fat32 formatted MBR with 8192 byte cluster size. i also tried 32kb clusters. there is no extra space surrounding the partition according to gparted. my cISO's have been updated according to the wii.hacks.guide instructions. where did i go wrong in my process? i am totally out of ideas :( I know usb flash isn't the ideal way to load game backups, but I don't have an SD card or external drive and I would like to make use of what I have instead of ordering a new one..

Not sure what "wii.hacks.guide tutorial" you used. Tutorial overload :(
For what it's worth, just use ModMii. That will send you in the right direction.

I cannot link to the site because of new user restrictions, but just search for "wii.hacks.guide". It's one of the first results on DDG. It's a pretty thorough tutorial and I don't feel like it misinformed me at all.

I tried using ModMii as you suggested, but it did not resolve the problem or provide any additional information, as I seemingly already have everything set up correctly on my USB drive.

I'm attaching a copy of my SysCheck to this post. If anyone could review it, I would appreciate it!!!! I'm still at a dead end as to what the problem is.

I will assume that you are using "Nintendont" (?).
try using Nintendont directly (no USBL GX). See how you go.
Sorry, don't have time to scroll through your Syscheck.
