I have got myself a Nintendo Switch lite with Picofly modchip and it's already jailbreak with atomsphere.
How do I turn on RCM again without RCM jig? I'm going to install Edizon and other hombrew on it.

You dont use one. You have a modchip

modchip works just like built-in jig always redirect cold boot and look for payload.bin from SDcard

You could setup Hekate to boot OFW automatically. Even without CFW installed.
