i selected some Important 3DS files and My 3ds look like this. What I do?

I can't enter any applications or games. I only have gm9. Someone please help me before the servers close (sorry if I said something wrong, my English is not very good) (I'm from Chile)

What happens when you try? There's no way of telling from your screenshot.

If you have trouble describing these things, then perhaps you should find someone who can help you locally, because it's going to be very difficult to help you if no one can understand what you are talking about.

I delete some important files in the title section in FBI. don't now Which files were.

And when i try to Open a Application the consola crash. If i try to turn off the console the part where the standby mode should be is not there and the screen turns grey

Try using safe mode to update the system. This can be done by holding down L + R + D-Pad Up + A, and then powering on the system.
