    You might have lots of saves. One state is about 2 Megabyte... So if you use all 4 slots you have already 8 Megabyte. Do this with 10 games and you lost 80 Megabyte.

    Is it possible that you mean different things? The console itself is in a little white plastic bag. The whole package is only in paper.

    Settings> Pages/folders sructure> Custom - show Folders Manger every time If you now start the sync you'll get an Explorer style view where you can create folders and organize your games.

    The difference is input lag. Retroarch does introduce a lot of it. That's also the cause why more and mor ppl use canoe on their Pi's.

    You are welcome. Also you should set "Maximum simultaneous transfers" to 1 in the settings(Filezilla). At 2 or more my Hackchi2 crashes sometimes.

It's normal for R4i Save Dongle or should i say for 3DS games that the saves of different versions are not compatible. I already had this 2 or 3 times.     I think it's dependent on what firmware the games you tried are made for. on a 4.5 3DS only very old games would run. Oh. I see :-)
