    IPS english patch breaks cia

IPS patches are just that: patches. They (ideally) only contain the data changed between unmodified and modified copies of a given file. They cannot be used on their own as a substitute for the original or modified file. What you want to do is to apply that IPS patch to a copy of the original...

Homebrew Are there any community servers for Flipnote Studio 3ds?

Kaeru Gallery is likely what you're looking for. EDIT: My bad, my brain skipped over the paragraph in the OP post mentioning it already. Kaeru's is the only one that comes to mind, unfortunately.

New 3ds xl modded then broke

Uninstalling B9S is a nuclear and often unnecessary method for something minor like that, though. Generally whenever the HOME Menu "softbricks" (for lack of a better term), clearing the HOME Menu ExtData via GodMode9 will usually resolve it, at the expense of resetting your theme and icon layout.

Hacking Possible to transfer .cia games saves onto legit cartridge?

Use Checkpoint to dump the desired save file from your digital copy, which you can then inject into your cartridge copy.

    Homebrew Help with FBI

FBI requires CFW to launch. From the sounds of things, you do not have CFW installed; you only have access to the Homebrew Launcher. If you wish to install CFW, go to https://3ds.hacks.guide/ and follow the instructions carefully.

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
