Hope you have a clean nand backup to restore to your sysnand and then create emummc. Otherwise don't think you will be safe.
You can use checkpoint or Edizon to backup and restore saves
If you format memory card to fat32 then you can't copy back contents coz fat32 supports max file size of 4gb...
The restart option doesnt take me to hekate screen. In kosmos this used to work. Is there any setting that I need to modify?

I have restored my clean nand backup with ofw 4.1.0. I have updated to 8.1.0 without burning fuses (using the jig trick correctly when system goes to restart and enabling AutoRCM). Booted into ofw from hekate and linked my Nintendo account.
Next I've created emummc using the guide from github...

I guess I'll just go the exfat way.
Anyway my RPI sd card got corrupted. It's a 32gb card. Thinking I'll use it to restore the nand and then take a fat32 backup while creating emummc.
Post which I'll restore my RPI.

I have a clean nand back of FW 4.1.0. taken with a exfat sd card. I am currently on 8.0 with Auto RCM and fuse count at 5.
I have subsequently moved to fat32 sd setup (created partition for emu at this point of time itself). Now I would like to setup emummc and so I want to restore my clean...
Quick question.
My switch came on 4.1.0. Have a clean nand backup before hacking using a exfat card.
Now I want to create emummc and my sd is on fat32. How do I split my nand backup. I read everywhere that if backup was done on fat32 you will get 15 or 30 files.
I used the NSP splitter to...
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
