    Dunno but better be safe than sorry :P To be honest I don't think that streetpass can cause those bans but who knows? Maybe Ninty sends info from our 3DS systems without our knowledge too?

    Would you advise others to disable spotpass option to send information to Nintendo before giving out the seed? Maybe it'll help in preventing fast ban? What do you think?

    How do you PM on this forum? Do you have to be certain rank to do this? To prevent offtopic - I think that connecting to the WiFi while using only legal titles will prevent from getting the ban :)

    But you have to use 3DS that had done system transfer right? My New 3DS is brand new, my first DS. I haven't done system transfer, should I try Method 2?
