    So, I actually can still boot into CFW. My CFW boot puts me into 5.1.0 and my Emunand which is no longer booting was recently upgraded to 7.0.1. I guess I’m asking, can either of those homebrews find and target the currently defunct Emunand ‘partition’ on the SD card and backup saves from there?

    I saw you post on several forums reporting this and crossed my fingers that it was my problem as well, and tried multiple boots....no dice. I think my problem is a little different. I can see the SX OS red boot screen, I get the NINTENDO screen, but then screen goes black and I get nothing...

    I've got the same black screen issue as you, but neither my SX OS menu or my payload direct load mine. Lucky! I think I'm gonna have to delete my Emunand and lose all the save progress. My son's gonna kill me! :(
