I've tried it. It is painfully awful. Spent a DAY a year ago trying to make it work. ...it doesn't.
Went back to my tactic from 10 years ago which was to burn a CD-RW.
Yeah, that's exactly what I'm doing. I guess I happen to be the only one playing those games  because I use custom soundtracks in all my sports games.
So, it IS doable? On the 360 the only way is burning CDs.
Which setup looks better on a standard LED TV for an original XBOX game?
- Original XBOX via component
- 360 via HDMI
I have heard tell of original XBOX games that actually look better on component even on an LED TV. Thoughts?
Is a burned CD the only way to get music to the original XBOX? Is there any way to FTP the music over? My system has a modchip, if it makes any difference.
Running The Show 16 on its own is fine. But when I spoof the console and turn off CFW, the game freezes on a loading screen. Is there some known way around this?
All good on setting everything up.
Solved the "dirty disc" problem. But I do get weird crashes to black. Is that just the way some XBOX games run on the 360?
Oh really?? Ok, nevermind, I read incorrectly somewhere. Good then.
Something else I read was that you could also convert the game to some other game format? Not XBLA but something else, "on demand"? And that some games work that way? Do you know what that's about?
Yeah, I use XBOX Image Browser, I find Qwix has problems with certain ISOs.
I've extracted my ISO, I'll try throwing it into some folder and seeing if I can get FSD to see it. Shame that Aurora can't run original XBOX games.
Just reading up this thread because having had my original XBOX go down with a power problem, I just want to be able to keep playing my NFL2K5 on my 360.
I have the latest version of Aurora running and I think I still have FSD on the system. How do I get my XBOX original ISO to run? I know it's...
Ok, but "if it's out there" isn't necessarily enough because there are plenty of titles that just don't get shared because they are generally less popular.
Shame the jailbreak hasn't been made available for later firmware versions yet.
I thought I understood this but it's been a while since I downloaded a pkg.
How can I tell if a game can or can not run on my jailbreak 5.05 system? Is there a list of games kept up to date?
