    Try to check all capacitors in Diode Mode around the chips: PI3USB and M92T36 and look for a short. If there is no short, try to change those chips, if does not work change usb port also

    You can change it simply going on Hekate, then of the bottom-left side you will see "Nyx Settings" (click on it). Then click on Clock (Offset) and set the time. I think it does not solve anything, because I still have the SSL issue on Tinfoil...
