Hardware 2ds screw size
Just wondering if anyone knows the size of the screws for the 2DS. I took mine apart recently and the screws are now mostly stripped coz I didn't have the right size screwdriver. From my measurements they seem to be 1mm by 5mm which would be an M1 screw if my research is correct. But I haven't...- Teddyelliot

Thanks. I think I managed to fix it. I replaced the boot file with a fresh one and uninstalled a game I thought might have been the culprit and it seemed to stop happening. My only other guess is that it's somehow related to the circle pad which has suddenly decided to stop working, but I can't...- Teddyelliot

Hacking Help! Old 2ds suddenly unusable due to error code
Was fiddling in the settings of my old 2ds when I suddenly got this error message. Now it happens every time I boot up after about 10 seconds regardless of what I do (even if I don't touch it and even with the SD card out) Anyone know how to fix this? i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore. -
