    Hi. Trying to make a translation patch. I can't get the EBOOT.BIN to decrypt. DecEboot doesn't run on windows 10 even with compatability turned on. I tried the eboot.bin that ppsspp dumps but when i open that in a hex editor there is no text in it, at least no legible text. Using astrogreb...
