    VGMToolbox will do a full automatic conversion of game image files to the .2SF format. Looping and timing, included. It will extract any STRM, ADX, and SWAV found as well. It really cannot get any easier. Just open the NDSto2SF tool, drag and drop your image file, and listen to the results...
