    Try following the guide from the start. Here if you can use the browser and here if you can't. There shouldn't be any problems, but I'd wait for confirmation from other members.

    Yes. Don't format because you'll need to turn on the 3D for the initial setup, and as the 2DS isn't capable... AFAIK if you already updated to 4.x then you'll have to downgrade again to 2.1.0 with any entrypoint.

    Loadiine needs the update in the SD, not the console memory. The brazilian method uses the console memory.

    Literally just search it in Google ("GAMENAME Update") and compare with its title screen. If there is no number of version, it probably is 1.00
