Is anyone familiar with the proper trace routing on GBA cartridges? The positive battery pad on a copy of Pokemon Emerald is lifted and the game is not recognizing when a battery is installed, is there some way to repair that? Or if it needs bridged where does the pad go to?

I swear I heard something a while back about using 3DS homebrew to reactivate blocked flashcarts, I know Acekard2.i is unable to work on newer 3DS firmwares natively but is it possible to reactivate it through Ninjhax (Or Ironhax when it comes out since that can do the same things as Ninjhax 2.0...
i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
