    You can relearn moves if pokemon are in your party go to their moves summary and there should be an option, same for nicknames. Hyper training guy is an NPC by the Ghost Gym town with an abomasnow , its right by the pokemon center gas station thing, can't miss it!

However only each other's traded pokemon have the ENG on them So maybe if your TID/SID match an Pokemon's the game thinks it's native to you and doesn't show the Region Tag ?
