    Been like 3 months now i guess and people still not sure what's happening.. While I'm still connected on the internet playing my 3ds on cfw without getting any bans. Non of my games are pirated tho.. so it's either physical game cart or digital games from eShop.

    As expect nothing is still known. I just think Nintendo just banned a few to scare us lmao. Don't think they really care about it that much. My guess is they won't be banning anyone anymore.

    Another ban wave would give a clearer picture of what could have caused all this issues. Though I hope Nintendo stays smart and just stop banning. Just serving those who got banned as a warning that they could pull this shit anytime they want to.

    Nintendo messing around with you guys. Would be really nice if they don't ban anymore and just serve the ban wave as a reminder of what they could do if they want to. But seriously if it isn't automated, it would be a waste of time for them for the most part, and not worth it.

    I'm doing the same thing as well. Like i'm not banned yet either, turn on my wifi and stuff and played a few games online just to see if it triggers anything. Turned on Spotpass as well, but said no to sharing system info. Gonna see if I get the hammer as well lol

    I always have spotpass on, even now, and i'm not banned yet. I'm just gonna be online all the time and do stuff regularly. See if i'll get banned. Only thing I never agreed upon is Nintendo collecting our data to improve their games. Always disagreed on that one at least.
