A lot of lag when playing PSP games on Adrenaline

Yes, you it is possible to choose "Original". However, the filters make the games a lot prettier, especially considering the small native resolution of the PSP, now extended to a big screen.

A lot of lag when playing PSP games on Adrenaline

I was using the second one (after the original). All of them add lag. Even without any filter, running a rhythm game on a PSP is still more responsive than on Adrenaline (PS Vita).

A lot of lag when playing PSP games on Adrenaline

Hey, turns out that this settings adds a lot of lag. I decided to have it off for all games now. I quickly compared the menu of a game (Ape Escape Academy) with and without the filtering, it adds a lot of lag. However, the rhythm games are still laggy on a PS Vita compared to the PSP, so I...

A lot of lag when playing PSP games on Adrenaline

After messign around with all options available for the PS Vita/PS TV, I decided to uninstall any Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA games from these systems, and rhythm games in general. The delay on the PS TV is too big to ignore, with or without bubble. With or without ARK-4. On the PS Vita, it is...

Disgaea 2 DLC won't work on Adrenaline.

Which ones do you remember of? When looking for the issue, I only find this thread.

Disgaea 2 DLC won't work on Adrenaline.

Is Disgaea 2 the only PSP game with this issue on Adrenaline?

Firmware PS3 gets new firmware update for version 4.85

If they improved performance of the PS3's built-in store I'd jump out of joy. It's so laggy.

Hacking [RELEASE] Ever17 -The Out of Infinity- PSP English Translation

I initiated my playthrough yesterday and noticed a lot of commas missing, as well as other minor visual glitches. After the "119 hours" event, commas started showing up. It's still a hundred times better than having to deal with an ancient 4:3 PC port. I will keep taking screenshots of these...

    Hacking PS1 Games Widescreen Patches

I'm at a loss here. How to apply these patches on PS1 .iso/.pbp etc? I want to play the games on a PSP. Looking for something like PS2 Patch Engine, straight and simple, but for PS1 games. https://bitbucket.org/ShaolinAssassin/popstarter-documentation-stuff/wiki/ps1-widescreen-codes "Note ...

Hacking [RELEASE] Ever17 -The Out of Infinity- PSP English Translation

There is any hope for a English-patched ISO of Never7 for PSP? I swear I tried to make it work on PC, but it is too ancient to give in and boot up on a modern system. :(

Alan Wake Restored to Digital Storefronts

How clever of them to let licenses expire on purpose to have articles talking about the game. Free marketing.

Steam adds new store options to allow users to hide controversial games

Too bad the tag "Battle Royale" does not exist. I wished to ignore this one the most.

Hacking [RELEASE] Remember11 -The Age of Infinity- PSP English Translation

You're willing to port the game despite not having permission, huh. It's not like Lemnisca has rights on English alphabet, anyway, so why not? When I run the game on full-screen mode, the intro video fills my primary monitor but the game runs on the third one. Hard to explain. On window-mode...

Hacking [RELEASE] Remember11 -The Age of Infinity- PSP English Translation

Did they say anything to you? Would be pretty convenient to have all the games on PSP. I never had luck trying to make these ancient PC games to work properly, with this one being no exception (either full-screen or windowed). There is a game called Ever17 registered to Steam DB, and it...

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
    +1
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
