Happened to my cousins 3DS at the end of August. Tried many things to fix it but to no avail. I don't have a sysnand backup either. My posts on my issue are located here:

Removing the SD card will cause the 3DS to not even start up. The power light will flash on then off.
I also have the arm9loader bin and luma payload files in the correct places on the SD card. Also have the current version of Luma with Autoboot Sysnand enabled.

Hey all.
I installed A9LH on my cousin's N3DS and everything was working fine. But I believe he must have deleted some system files on it. Because now when you boot up the 3DS it has a black screen but you can hear the system menu background music. I can still load up Luma and the other payloads...
If your Wii spits out the Recovery Disc, just let the Zelda game load in the Wii menu first.
Then reset the Wii so you are at the black warning screen and switch to the Recovery disc there instead.
Afterwards, reset one more time and go to the Wii menu and leave it there for like 5 minutes...
No, my Wii reads and plays legit GCN and Wii games perfectly including SSBB.
And I also noticed that it doesn't always spit the disc back. But it still does it from time to time.
It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
