    I bought the big battery, and a spare big battery, and leave it on the charger most of the time. The Switch's battery will also slowly drain when it's in sleep mode, fwiw.

    I try to stay away from CSOs - I know they save a little room but I can remember certain games on the native system had a performance impact (the first Star Ocean comes to mind) - not sure how that would carry over to emulation. Anyways, I'm glad that I'm not the only one where many games...

    I don't think its my SD card, everything else works fine. Seems like a lot of other people have stability problems as well, so I'll just wait for it to improve. I was able to play Castlevania for half an hour last time I tried, so it seems like it's random in terms of when crashes might occur...

    Definitely touchy over here. Seems to lock up on loading your ISOs folder any time that you add more ISOs to it, also any files with an uppercase file extension (ISO rather than iso) seems like it will lock up every time. I got Castlevania working but it locked up 5 minutes or so in.

    I can understand why homebrew enthusiasts are divided. I feel the same way. It happened too soon on the Switch - I was hoping it would take 2 years or so to be cracked so that we all spent a little less time of the system's lifespan dodging stability updates, dealing with cheaters and more...

    Exactly, it seems that nothing has been learned from the 3DS banwaves. It's why I've bought a 2nd Switch just for emulation/homebrew/Linux that will probably never run official software. If you care about online play whatsoever, this isn't a path that you want to go down with your console.
