    As i said multiple times before, use NOTEPAD or NOTEPAD++ with hex mode on to edit the template, instead of using any kind of tool at all

    He's probably either changing the whole template at once (which will make it completely wrong) he shouldn't use any program to modify the template, he needs to do it MANUALLY for the game that isn't working, in the actual template file, if he screwed around with it, make him use no ban no sky...

    it should always work, you just have to set it up 100% right, if you're not sure, you can switch around and see if it works, took me a while to get used to it myself for pokemon X/OR
