    Alright, so far I have gona to r4i-sdhc.com and download the latest version 1.65b English. I unzipped the files onto my FAT32 formatted micro sdhc card. I inserted the micro sdhc into my r4i gold 3ds card and inserted it into my 3ds xl. It freezes on the "www.r4ids.cn starting" screen...
