    Edit: It happened that there was a CY02.bin.lz file in there, but the old one, so I just deleted it and replaced it with one that I left on my desktop. Would that do anything? The CY02.BIN.LZ file?

    Edit: Also, there is no text for the no option. I built it and did the steps, but it won't load past the first cutscene of the prologue. It also took a long time for the romfs to build past hash 2 and 1. I removed CY02.bin.lz, would that be the reason?

There's one file that won't decompress from FEAT, this file being in GameData under the Person folder called CY02.bin.lz, while all of the others have, and I've made sure to fully make sure that there are no other .lz files.
