Alright. I'm pleased to say that I finally got the .cia file to get generated from the make.bat file (got the icon and rom created). So far, I've succeeded in making an icon for Axelay, but can't seem to figure out the process for creating the cia file (I've heard there's a website, but I'm still searching for it as well for premade files).
