after press the power button, i get the splash screen. sometimes it loaded the luma3DS configuration. i try to follow setting according to A9LH installation (step 5) but nothing happened.

nope there is no OTP file here. is it important for a succession to boot 3ds?

ive bought o3ds with arm9loaderhax in it. after playing a few days, suddenly my 3ds cannot boot to home screen anymore. when i pressed power button, it shows picture reinand for a few second and shut down automatically. i dont really know about this arm9loaderhax, so i dont dare to adjust...
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
