    Tried it myself because I was one of the ones it just flatout wasn't working for and the very second I booted Smash 4 I got an asston of unlock messages. DLC worked with bigbluemenu but not with FBI.

    Successful on 9.9 2DS downgraded to 9.2.0-20U. Entrypoint used was Ironhax (no apps loaded and exited), took somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 tries.

    I actually didn't get as far when opening/closing apps and then trying, it tended to linger around step 5 if I did so. Kept trying in nothing but Ironhax, went straight to sysupdater. Worked after... 20 or so tries, would be my guesstimate.

    Hm, I get to the red-text menu with Ironhax almost every time now but it's frozen any time I try to start the downgrade. I'll start using other entrypoints and see if anything changes.
