i'm probably going to try another method ntrboot works on every version right ? maybe there is an easier way for my version than ntrboot ? Also, you got something else than me on you pc browser ? i'll check this method, thank you guys ! ;)- Kenowo

boot9strap (safecerthax) proxy doesn't work
On my 3DS i cant, it says "this address is invalid" at setting, when i do a connection test, there is a connection fail between access point and internet, probably because of the proxy, without the proxy it works on my computer, i can access to the website, it's empty except this sentence...- Kenowo
